Introductory text
The Type N first appeared in October 1965 and was the last creation from designer Flaminio Bertoni. This modern truck, nicknamed "Belphegor" because of its atypical front, has been awarded many times for innovations such as power steering, visibility for manoeuvres and high-pressure braking, thanks to technology derived from the DS. It featured several petrol and diesel engines and many colours with more than 140 possible combinations!
